Yoga at the Acanthus Yoga Studio
To mark the opening of our new Yoga Studio at the Acanthus Golf Centre in Tingley near Leeds, we’re running a free yoga open day on Saturday September 26th 2015 running from 11am to 4pm.
This is an ideal way for those looking to learn more about Dru Yoga, perhaps try a short session and understand what health and wellbeing benefits it can bring.
If you’d like to book into one of our 20 minute try out sessions, spaces are limited, so booking is essential. To reserve your place simply drop us an email using info@yogainsideout.co.uk. We’ll get back to you by return to confirm your place and answer any questions you may have.

Meet the Team
During the day you’ll be able to meet the team, have a look around our studio and find out what future yoga classes and one off workshops aimed at both the beginner and experienced student alike we have planned, and also non yoga related events such as a forthcoming a “Learn to Draw” day course in October and weekly dance classes for children.
On the 26th there will be prize draws plus free Dru Yoga on-line studio membership vouchers to give away.
The whole open day, including the yoga sessions is free with refreshments provided. If you’re new to yoga and want to try the yoga sessions, please remember to wear comfortable loose fitting clothes. Nothing else is needed.
