Here’s a little something for you to try …. close off 1 of your nostrils with your thumb and see how easy it is to breathe through the other, now swap sides, do you find 1 of your nostrils is more dominant, easier to breathe through? Try it again in 2 hours and unless there’s some reason why you can’t breathe freely through 1 of your nostrils, I guarantee your dominant side will have swapped.
