I’m really pleased to announce that from this week Inside Out Dru Yoga has a new home as we’ve teamed up with Birstall’s MP FIT Gyms.
This means we’ll be running more weekly classes and more workshops, giving you a greater choice and the opportunity to practice your yoga more often (and you know how I get excited when you practice between classes as well!).
So, the first class starts on Thursday December 1st 7 – 8.30pm, with more starting in the new year; details to follow shortly.
