Improver’s Dru Yoga Courses

inside-out-yoga-7161Improver courses are the perfect way to deepen your Dru Yoga practice, further enhance the therapeutic benefits of yoga and learn more about your body.

In our Improver courses you’ll be guided on how to improve your physical alignments whilst in postures and gain greater understanding of how to use yoga to keep your mind and body in harmony.

You can attend any of our courses as an improver, our tutors know how to layer our teaching so that all levels are catered for, however these courses are more suitable for those who have some yoga experience and / or a reasonable level of physical fitness.

Joining an Inside Out course is a great way to deepen your yoga practice, and we welcome many of our Dru Yoga Trainee Teachers at our sessions.

Class prices start from £6, based on a 10 week course, paid in advance.

You do not pay for sessions that you know you cannot attend and if for any reason you have to miss a session you’ve already paid for, we are more than happy for you to make up your time at any of our other courses.

Committing to a course of yoga has many benefits to you:
